Pump Caps Just Got A Major Eco-Friendly Upgrade

- the recycling process is harder when the cap is a different material than the bottle

- the most common cap material (AS plastic) can get scratched or even cracked with repeated use

- AS material also has mediocre chemical resistance and cannot be used with some formulas

 

Well, good news because we've just solved all this... and we've even got a way to reduce your filling costs, which is very exciting.

 

Our EP2424 pump cap is being re-released in PET Heavy Way plastic!

 

This fulfills a promise to those seeking mono-material for bottle and cap.

 

Plus, with the new PET caps, you'll get:

 

- way stronger chemical resistance so you don't have to worry what formula you put in the bottle

- the ultra-sturdy physical resistance from our unique PET Heavy Wall plastic

- a more recyclable plastic (international code #1 as opposed to #7 for the old AS cap)

- a production bonus to get your bottles filled faster and cheaper

 

About that last point...

 

Typically bottles, pumps, and caps are all packed separately. That means there are 3 filling stations required to package your cosmetics -- one to fill the bottle, one to screw in the pump, and one to place on the cap.

 

With our new PET EP2424 caps, the cap and pump come pre-assembled and packed together.

 

This reduces the need from 3 filling stations to 2, resulting in a faster and cheaper fill for you!
