Here, we share some details about coloring the packaging.
- To add the color batch in the row material and produce the colored material into the bottles, we called it " injection color". The whole bottle will be in the same color, including the bottle neck area.
- If the bottles are produced in white or clear and followed by an additional decoration production to spray the color on the white or clear bottle's surface. We called it " spray color". To avoid polluting inside of the bottle and making the formula impurely, we should keep the bottle neck area clean without spray color.
Therefore, the key to distinguish the difference between injection color and spray color is to check the bottle neck area.
As spray color can also do a translucent color so sometimes it's not easy to tell how we color the bottles, unless you check the bottle neck area.
Above image shows that there are two blue bottles, a shorter water-drop bottle and a taller bottle.
If you check the bottle neck area, you will know what the short water-drop bottle is a clear bottle with spray blue color on the surface.
But for the taller bottle, the whole bottle in made in blue material which is made by injection color.
